Mushrooms Sometimes it is easy to forget the miniature landscapes that are all arond us, especially when you are looking for Moose, our largest member of the Deer family. This little "landscape" was just at the edge of the trail. The indentation seemed to be just the right size and angle to have been created by a moose, but I'm not sure of this. It does however show the significance of the smaller life we find in the wilderness and how all of nature is related. Something had obviously made the indent and gradually the smaller life forms took over.
