John Taylor at The first in Canadian, Regional, Seasonal Cuisine with menu items consisting of only the freshest of local ingredients provided by Canadian suppliers and directly delivered from local-area farms. Domus Cafe's dedication to building a Canadian wine cellar is coming together with the direct cooperation of Niagara wineries. They purchase directly from the winery as much as possible which keeps the profits in the hands of producers and offers them a source to unique and little-known wines. Many wineries have generously released library vintages for a glimpse at the age worthiness of Canadian wine-making over the years. Overall a fabulous restaurant that should be on everyone's visit to our nation's capital.
